1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in writing. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due no later than 14 days before the safari or excursion start date unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following fees apply:

30+ days before departure – full refund minus admin fee.
15–29 days – 50% refund.
7–14 days – 25% refund.
Less than 7 days – no refund.

3. Changes by Waypoint Tours Malindi

We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, park closures). In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives or a refund where appropriate.

4. Travel Insurance

It is your responsibility to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

5. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health before participating in tours. Please consult your doctor regarding vaccinations and fitness levels required for safaris.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Waypoint Tours Malindi shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by clients during the tour, except where such loss arises due to our proven negligence.

7. Use of Website
